What\u2019s a WordCamp WarmUp?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\"WordCamp<\/a>We\u2019d like to make your WordCamp experience as enjoyable as possible. In doing so,\u00a0we\u2019d like to present an opportunity for you to expand your WordCamp event by participating in a brief survey and attending a small group icebreaker.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be intimidated by that icebreaker part. It is going to be a fun event where old time attendees will welcome you, introduce you to others, and make sure you are introduced to attendees with similar interests and who would love to share the experience with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

This activity is designed to help take the pressure off and allow you to meet new friends and have a few familiar faces when you arrive to WordCamp on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Why Should You Consider Attending?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Have you ever attended an event and felt like you were back in high school and not knowing where to sit at lunch? You know that feeling – like you couldn\u2019t find a familiar face and you\u2019re just not sure who is friendly enough to share a moment with while you eat? <\/span><\/p>\n

Guess what? We did too! <\/span><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t want WordCamp to feel like that. Nope it’s not going to happen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you are a new comer or slightly shy WordPress user, we want to help make the event great! So we’re doing our best to make the entire weekend feel warm and welcoming.\u00a0In doing so w<\/span>e want to give you a friend or buddy to make WordCamp super fun and very rewarding.<\/span><\/p>\n
